Employee Recognition
The service and support provided by the staff of the Neurology Group of Bergen County is vital in maintaining the high level of care that we provide. Our Employee Recognition program highlights those employees performing above and beyond expectation.
Chris
February 2018
As you know, the recent replacement of over 15,000 square feet of carpet in our offices was no small feat. The amount of time and physical effort involved with the project was daunting. Stacy Hoock and Chris Bator were instrumental in planning, organizing, and supporting our efforts to get the job done. Chris spent many hours on site late into the evening and on the weekends sacrificing valuable time with his family to make sure that the project was completed in a timely, efficient manner.

Allison
January 2018
Sometimes an NGBC staffer or staffers will take on the most mundane and unrewarding of tasks without complaint or a request for special recognition. PT Aides Allison Heimbuch and Youjin Park are our most recent examples of those who selflessly respond to a need to keep their department moving on behalf of our patients. When the washer broke in our Neuro Rehabilitation department recently it was Allison and Youjin who pitched in to pick up and clean laundry at home every night until our equipment was repaired.

Diana
December 2017
Diana Villegas is our Recognized Employee for the month of December, 2017. During the entire month Diana went above and beyond to fill in for an injured employee. She moved out of her position as a testing area receptionist and selflessly worked many hours into the evening to take up the slack often working between busy departments. She did this without complaint, despite a significant impact on her personal life and continued to come to work each day with the same upbeat positive attitude that is typical of her demeanor.
